1. Who we are

The Growth Company (N.I.) Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through the Mindropic website (mindropic.com) and related services.

2. The Mindropic widget

The Mindropic accessibility preference tool stores your settings only on your own device using local browser storage. These settings (such as text size, contrast, or focus preferences) do not leave your browser and are not collected, transmitted, or stored by us. We do not use the widget to track you, identify you, or build profiles.

3. Information we may collect on the Mindropic website

When you use mindropic.com or request early access, we may collect: name, email address, website URL, and any information you choose to submit in forms or correspondence. We use this information to respond to early access or support requests, provide the install code and onboarding help, improve the Mindropic product, and send essential service communications.

4. Legal basis

We process this information under consent (when you submit a form or request access), legitimate interests (to operate and improve the service), and contract (when we provide access or support you have requested).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and email systems, under appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

7. Your rights
