A busy page is extra work. Each banner, pop-up, chat bubble, carousel and extra button is another decision. People have limited attention. When a page asks for too much at once they lose their place, miss the next step, or leave. That load is heavier when someone is tired, on a phone, or already working hard to read.
This is not an accessibility score and not a compliance badge. It names what is competing for attention.

How this is worked out
We fetch the page HTML and look for known signs: consent tools, chat scripts, pop-up tools, sticky bars, carousels and autoplay, buttons near the top, menu links, sidebars and forms. Anything added later by scripts can be missed. There is no overall score.
